Mike Clemann graduated from Bishops University in 1990 with a Bachelor of Business Economics.  He has completed the Investment Dealers Association course, the Canadian Securities Course and the Conduct and Practices Handbook course.  Mr. Clemann is currently Managing Director of FX Capital Ltd. A Canadian bases limited market dealer managing Barbadian based foreign exchange hedge fund.  His work at several Canadian and Swiss based banking and investment houses provides Mr. Clemann with an exceptional breadth of experience in the corporate finance of public company’s.  His varied professional experience, both in raising and providing financing empower him with financial skills that are an asset to public companies.
