Property Description

The Company signed an option agreement to acquire 100% of the property for a cash consideration of $7,500 and the issuance of 950,000 common shares on the agreement date. These two conditions were filled as at October 31, 2007. Furthermore, a cash payment of $6,500 has to be done at the first anniversary of the agreement. This property is located in the James Bay area of Quebec and consists of 89 claims covering 4,628 hectares. The property is subject to a 1.5% NSR, 1% of which can be repurchased for a cash payment of $1,000,000.
