The Company signed an option agreement to acquire 70% of the property for a cash payment of $10,000 (unfulfilled condition) and the issuance of 1,000,000 common shares (filled condition). This property is located in the Black Township, Ontario and consists of 49 units covering 784 hectares. The property is subject to a 3.0% NSR half of which can be repurchased for a cash payment of $1,500,000.
